The hotel is quaint, charming with marvellous view of garden. Good sized and perfect room, excellent bathroom with a tub. Lots of great food for meals. Favourable location in the central area, close to the restaurants and venues, and downtown. Really nice experience there.

Rooms are impressive with the bedroom, an incredible view plus a king bed, food is healthy! Amazing staff provides an excellent service. Its location is great and peaceful, right next to Tecun Uman Spanish School.

Had a nice size room with carpet, and I couldn't ask for more. There were a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe when I arrived.

Location: the hotel was next to restaurants and entertainment areas, the gardens, and highly-rated sites nearer downtown. The staff was amazing and check in was early. Impressive room with carpet, I had a MEMORABLE stay.

The hotel itself was a little old, nevertheless the breakfast was free and the staff were great. The location seemed marvellous and peaceful to Central Park.

The setting was really poor.

couldn't recommend more this hotel to everyone wanting to stay in antigua. it's reasonably large small property, everything is excellent here. the rooms are impressive and absolutely perfect, and are complete with sofa bed and a/c, for instance. the breakfast is nice, includes good choice of meals. the hotel offers favourable location so close to restaurants areas and entertainment areas, the coast near puerto san jose, and the outskirts of the antigua town.

The room was outstanding and perfect included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe. There was exceptionally comfortable bed & a nice bathroom. The location in a nice enough area was marvellous and there were a supermarket and stores nearby.

Good-sized rooms with comfortable couches and a king bed, as for instance, very nice stay! The pool area is nice too.

Nice property with a heated pool. Marvellous location to Palace of the Captain Generals. Healthy and delicious food, excellent service.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The facility was gorgeous and everything was extremely clean. The hotel's location on the outskirts of the Antigua Town was perfect as it was within walking distance of everything and offered breathtaking views of the volcano. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the free buffet breakfast, where they cooked omelettes/eggs in front of you, was a highlight.

We had a wonderful romantic escape in this hotel! the rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, providing us with a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Secondly, the hotel's location was perfect for us as it was close to the town center. We enjoyed taking leisurely walks and exploring the beautiful streets of the city. Additionally, the hotel provided a free shuttle service to the downtown Plaza, which was very convenient and saved us time and effort.

One downside was the noise level on the pool side during the weekends. It was a bit loud, especially if you wanted to sleep in on a Saturday or Sunday.
